- Do you need to get on my roof to give me a price?
- Yes, and only with your permission. We ask before the ladder goes up, photograph every slope or section, and show you the photos before we leave. If you would rather nobody climbs, we measure from the ground and the photos, and the estimate says so.
- How fast is the written estimate?
- The same week as the site visit, by email, itemized line by line with one total. If you need it sooner for a closing or a board meeting, say so on the call.
- What happens after a storm?
- Call the 24-hour line. If water is coming in, a crew comes out the same day to tarp the open spots and start drying the inside. We photograph the damage, write up the repair, and hand you the photos and the estimate. No roof is called damaged before we have seen it.
- Water came through the ceiling. Who do I call first?
- Us, on the same number. The restoration crew extracts the water and sets the drying equipment, and the roofing crew finds where it got in. One company, one estimate, no waiting for a second contractor to show up.
- Which flat roof system is right for my building?
- It depends on the deck, the drainage and what is on the roof now. TPO for most open commercial roofs, EPDM where there is a lot of rooftop equipment to flash, modified bitumen for small sections and repairs. We tell you which and why in the estimate.
